This NEW Disney Haunted Mansion Souvenir Is Gonna Be POPULAR

Haunted Mansion is EVERYWHERE right now and we are here for it.

Thanks to the new Haunted Mansion movie, new Haunted Mansion merchandise has dropped and new snacks have arrived in Disney Parks. However, the Haunted Mansion souvenir we think we want most will be turning up soon and we’re going to tell you all about it.

Disney has plans to celebrate Haunted Mansion’s 54th anniversary by releasing a third edition of the Hatbox Ghost Tiki Mug. Cue spooky music here. However, if you’re a foolish mortal wanting to get your hands on this mug, it’s only going to be available in Disneyland.

You can pick up the mug on August 9th at Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar beginning at 11:30AM PST. Supplies are limited, and once they’re gone, they’re gone for good! These usually do sell out quickly, so you’ll need to make that a priority on that day if you want one.

Hatbox Ghost was actually in the Haunted Mansion when the attraction first opened in 1969, but because the effect of his head appearing and disappearing from his body and into his hatbox never worked correctly, he quickly disappeared. He didn’t return until 2015 when Imagineers got the effect to work correctly. He’s been an icon ever since.

Now, you can see the Hatbox Ghost in the Haunted Mansion in Disneyland and in the Haunted Mansion movie, but he’ll also be traveling to Florida to appear in Disney World soon, too.
