Beginning August 1st, the way you get to your Disney World resort from Orlando International Airport will change. No, Disney’s Magical Express is not returning. ? Instead, Mears Connect and Sunshine Flyer, two companies who helped fill the gap of the Magical Express retiring, are now joining together.
Last month, we reported the merger would be happening and today is the first day of service. Mears Connect and the Sunshine Flyer announced the news in a press release, sharing that the companies will merge the two services “into one combined entity to provide exceptional guest transportation from Orlando International Airport (MCO) to Walt Disney World Resorts.”
The new service is called Mears Connect Driven by Sunshine, and will still provide people with advance booking, 24/7 service, and transportation to and from Disney World hotels.

Great. No competition in bus service. Never a good thing.
Other sources are reporting this as well, but how is this a change at all other than the slight change in the name of the company?

I do agree with Chris, the only change is a name change. The bus is a goner , down Disney HiWay ! Like everything else Disney had that was good .
