The Disney World Store With Secrets You’ve NEVER Noticed

Disney Imagineering really pulls out all of the stops with their creativity in theming at the parks.

We love trying to hunt for all the hidden details that we can find like the hidden Mickeys in rides,  all of the animal sculptures in the Tree of Life, and the fun details in one of the newest restaurants. We recently re-discovered a store with several secrets that are out of this world!

Let’s put on some spacesuits and head on over to the Mission Space Cargo Bay to find those ‘galactic’ secrets!

For the first one, while you’re in there tasting the astronaut ice cream, we’d recommend looking up to the ceiling.

You’ll notice there’s a pretty awesome collage of deep space images that focuses on the Mickey Nebula in quadrant 5 in the northeast grid and northeast sector.

All of the overlapping panels of stars, moons, and planets align to form this ‘galactic’ hidden Mickey.

But, don’t relax and take off those space boots just yet. There are some more to be found.

As you’re walking through the store, keep an eye on the walls and you’ll notice these hidden Mickeys…

…as well as this one ‘hidden’ in the conduit and pipework.

These hidden Mickeys have been in the store for a while now, but many people walk right by them! Next time you’re in this shop, be sure to look for these fun details.
