WARNING: Severe Weather Could Impact Your Flight at Orlando International Airport

Even the best-laid plans can go wrong thanks to a little bad weather. One minute, you might be enjoying yourself in EPCOT, then the next minute, you’re stuck in a downpour.

Unfortunately, not all problems can be solved with a pair of rain boots and a positive attitude. Serious weather conditions may cause travel delays that are out of our control. Speaking of travel delays, it looks like the Orlando International Airport is currently stuck in the middle of a severe thunderstorm watch. 

According to current data on FlightAware, the Orlando International Airport is reporting several canceled or delayed flights, likely due to a severe thunderstorm watch that has been issued for parts of Florida and Georgia.

At the time of writing, the Orlando Airport is reporting some flight delays and a few cancelations.

According to local Orlando news reporters, storms are beginning to form in the Central Florida area. Weather reports are calling for large hail and damaging winds.

Lately, it seems like the Orlando weather has been experiencing lots of bad weather. Just yesterday, April 26th, the Orlando International Airport tweeted a similar message warning guests about potential flight interruptions.
