One of the best perks of using Disney’s mobile app is the ability to order food via mobile order for pickup!
This feature makes it convenient to schedule an arrival window to grab food, even when you’re still waiting in line for your favorite ride. Well, this mobile app feature just got a facelift, and it’s pretty cool.
The mobile ordering feature just got even more convenient with all-new filtering and interface. Let’s check it out! We’ll start with the filters. When you select the Mobile Order tab in your Disney app, you can go ahead and select whether you’re in the parks or at a resort so that your chances of quickly finding food are greater.
To us, the “Available Now” feature is the coolest! By clicking ‘Available Now,’ the app will show you the number of locations in each park where you can immediately walk up and be served your food “As Soon As Possible.” It seems that Disney is eliminating one hangry visitor at a time.
What’s even cooler is that you don’t even have to order it immediately. You can order your food way ahead of time so that you don’t have to worry about it later. Just click “Schedule for Later” to view your options. This option was available before, but now it’s easier to sort by time.
Not only is this super convenient, but we think the interface looks a lot cooler as well. We love the bright colors compared to the simple white and blue that were shown before.
These new features are also now available in the Disneyland app as well.
