Fitness Fridays are BACK in Disney Springs

With the start of a new year, so many of us find ourselves with a new sense of ambition and a list of goals we’d like to tackle within the next 365 days — especially when it comes to fitness.

Disney Springs and Advent Health are here to help you tackle your 2023 health and wellness goals with a magic flare.

Disney Springs recently announced that it would once again be partnering with Advent Health to bring back Fitness Fridays during the month of January. Each Friday morning of the month, you can register for fitness classes with instructors at Lululemon or Fabletics.

Advent Health, Disney’s official health care provider, will also attend the events in order to bring you all the health and wellness information you need in order to end 2023 in better physical and mental health. If you can’t attend the events in person, you can follow @DisneySprings on Instagram, where 31 Days of Wellness Tips will be shared on their stories.

Disney Springs shared that many of their wellness tips will feature complementary services at popular locations at Disney Springs, such as Sephora, The Art of Shaving, L’Occitane en Provence and MAC Cosmetics.

With the return of Fitness Fridays, you’ll be sure to crush your new year’s goals! The best part is that after your workout, you can refresh your wardrobe at Lululemon, Fabletics, Fit2Run, or Under Armour. Not before you replenish your appetite at one of Disney Springs’ amazing restaurants, though. ?
