Why Wait Times Were WEIRD in Disney World This Week

Who’s ready for the holidays in Disney World??

Crowds in Magic Kingdom

Disney World can get quite busy during the holidays, which is understandable as many families choose to travel during school breaks. Every week we like to take a look at the average times from the past week, which helps us identify trends and, as a result, know what to expect. Wait times increased significantly last week — but what about this week?

We know how long lines can get really frustrating in Disney World, preventing you from doing everything on your itinerary. But that said, Genie+ is an option for you to save some time! Your purchase of Genie+ at $15 to $22 per person, per day (or more in the future) can give you access to Lightning Lanes, or what used to be FastPass lanes.
