It may still be early November, but the holiday season is going strong at Disney World!

We’ve seen gingerbread displays start to pop up at the various resorts, including a gingerbread carousel at Disney’s Beach Club Resort. We’ve been keeping an eye on the construction of the famous gingerbread house at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort, and today we’ve got great news…
The Grand Floridian Resort Gingerbread House is officially open! Similar to last year’s house, this one has details inspired by Disney World’s 50th anniversary.

Just like last year, you’ll find EARidescent colors and details throughout the massive structure!

The house is SO detailed, with gorgeous frosted windows…

…and even a working chimney!

What makes the house even more special is you can actually shop for treats while you’re there! Here’s a full menu of what you can buy.

You can also get a preview of the available treats while you’re there.

What do you think of this year’s gingerbread house? Tell us in the comments!
We saw the 50th gingerbread house last December and it was nowhere near as nice as it had been for many years….and we have been there every December for over 10 years….while I understand the gold it looks “ off” with the gingerbread…the red poinsettia most other years was much more attractive
