First Look at Disney World’s Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic

It’s that time of year again!

The Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic is returning to the Swan & Dolphin Hotel this year on November 11th and 12th. While you can now buy tickets for the event itself, ahead of the official dates, we were invited to a special sneak peek event to see what this year will bring!

The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic is an annual event held on the Causeway (and adjacent spaces) at Walt Disney World’s Swan and Dolphin hotels. The event brings together food and beverages from the hotels’ 17+ eateries, as well as local products, to entertain guests. We were invited to a special media event to try out this year’s dishes before the event officially opens to the public.

The Food

Guests of the event will be given the chance to try a variety of food from the hotels’ restaurants. For example, we got a chance to check out chargrilled chicken souvlaki, crispy potatoes, tabbouleh, spiced hummus, and a warm pita from Amare, which is a restaurant at the new Swan Reserve.

From Shula’s Steak House, we got to try the roasted linz heritage black angus beef tenderloin, with roasted organic mushrooms, pearl onion, and sauce foyot.

Il Mulino is located at the Disney World Swan Hotel, and they were serving dishes such as a baked riccotta cheese custard with radish tomato, and pine nut “gremolata.”
