In Disney World there are endless possibilities! You can get a haircut on Main Street, face Kylo Ren in Rise of the Resistance, and meet life-size toys.

But, there are a few things you CAN’T do in Disney World in November. Not because they aren’t allowed, but because the attractions are closed! Here’s a look at everything that is closed at Disney World in November.
Magic Kingdom
Walt Disney World Railroad
No surprise here, but in November the Walt Disney World Railroad remains closed. The railroad has been closed for years now, but there are a few hints that it could return soon!

Cast Members were training for the railroad and the TRON coaster (which is what caused the railroad to close originally) is set to open in spring of 2023.

We’ve been watching Disney redo the tracks in the park, and we’ll let you know when there is an official reopening date!
Enchanted Tales with Belle
Most character meet and greets and experiences have returned, but Enchanted Tales with Belle in Magic Kingdom remains closed.

This attraction takes you through the story of Beauty and the Beast with amazing special effects and there may be a special visitor (hint: you can meet Belle!).

Disney has not mentioned Enchanted Tales with Belle in quite some time so it is unclear when it could reopen.
Pete’s Silly Sideshow
Back in June of this year, Disney announced that several character meet and greets at Pete’s Silly Sideshow would return “soon”. BUT it has been several months now and we’ve seen no sign of the meet and greet spot reopening!

At Pete’s Silly Sideshow before the pandemic, you could meet Minnie, Daisy, Goofy, and Donald in special outfits. Yes, Goofy dresses up as the Great Goofini! That is the last we heard about the Sideshow, so it is unclear exactly when it will reopen as a character meet and greet spot.
Hollywood Studios
Fantasmic!
Okay, so there are only 2 days of November where you can’t see Fantasmic! because the very long closure is just about over! The show is officially reopening in Disney World as of November 3rd, 2022!

The show has been closed since the parks closed in March of 2020, but we’re so excited to see it return. Fantasmic! will look a little different though — there will be new characters and scenes!
Voyage of the Little Mermaid
The Little Mermaid fans — the Disney live show for you unfortunately remains closed in November. Voyage of the Little Mermaid has not been running since the closures in 2020.

It is important to note that when you try to go to the Voyage of the Little Mermaid page, it brings you to a general list of attractions. We’ve seen this on the website for a while now, and although it’s not guaranteed, that could mean the show is not coming back.

Nothing is confirmed for the future of the Voyage of the Little Mermaid, but we’ll let you know when Disney makes any announcements!
EPCOT
The American Adventure
If you’re walking around World Showcase this November and are hoping to take a seat and watch The American Adventure show, you’re out of luck.

The American Adventure attraction has been closed since September for a refurbishment and there is currently no reopening date in sight. If you still want to sit down and see a show while visiting EPCOT, you can go to the Beauty and the Beast Sing-Along in the France pavilion!
Canada Far & Wide in Circlevision 360
Speaking of shows in EPCOT, Canada Far & Wide Circlevision 360 will also be closed in November, but it could reopen later in the month! This spot closes during the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival to become Appleseed Orchard — one of the many food spots in the park for the festival.

The EPCOT Food & Wine Festival ends on November 19th, so it’s possible that it could reopen shortly after that. We’ll let you know when it’s set to reopen with the Circlevision!
Disney World Resort Hotels
Narcoossee’s — Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa
Many restaurants have reopened and returned to normal, but one restaurant is still closed for a long refurbishment — Narcoossee’s. This restaurant at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort is a fan-favorite seafood spot and even though Disney hasn’t released any information about the refurbishment, we might see some big changes based on how long it has been closed!

The restaurant closed in summer of 2022 and there is still no reopening date in sight. Fingers crossed that is reopens soon!
Disney’s Water Parks
Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park
Typhoon Lagoon has been the only water park open at Disney World for a while now, but in November, the water park is closing for refurbishment.

There is currently no reopening date set for the water park (hopefully it’s not as long as Blizzard Beach’s closure), but the park will close on November 13th.
Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park
When one door closes, another one opens! Blizzard Beach is closed for the first part of November, but then it will reopen on November 13th.

The water park has been closed since the beginning of 2022, but it will return with new Frozen-themed touches!
There is your look at everything you can’t do in Disney World in November! A few of these experiences are reopening, but there are several with no reopening date in sight. We’ll be on the lookout for reopening dates and other closures that come up in Disney World.

You also can’t (1)park hop at will, or (2) effectively ride very many attractions without paying extra fees, and you can’t (3)accomplish much without your smartphone. Sadly, these things aren’t limited to just November.
