The fan-favorite Walt Disney World Railroad will sadly continue its long closure in Magic Kingdom this week.

Walt Disney World Railroad

Disney still hasn’t given an update on when this ride could reopen, but it might stay closed until construction is finished on the TRON: Lightcycle Run roller coaster. That project has interrupted the train tracks in Tomorrowland, preventing the train from running its usual route. The TRON coaster is expected to open in the spring of 2023.

Tomorrowland Light & Power Co.

The Tomorrowland Light & Power Co. gift shop is located at the end of the Space Mountain coaster. It’s currently closed, so guests are being directed to exit a different way.

Closed for now

Disney hasn’t announced when this store will reopen, but it looked pretty empty inside (no shelves or merchandise) the last time we saw it.
