It sure is hard, especially when there’s a big event like the D23 Expo, which came with a lot of announcements from Disney about the parks, upcoming TV shows, movies, and more. This week was quiet in comparison, but we’re breaking down the biggest news stories of the week.

Tree of Life Awakenings will be returning to Disney’s Animal Kingdom. This show features projections of animals on the Tree of Life, along with some animal stories. According to the Disney World calendar, the show will return on October 1st at 7:45PM.  It’s not listed for every evening, though, so be sure to check the calendar for times.

  1. $39 to $59. Wow a 66% increase in price. But guess what….the place will still fill up. Disney knows people will pay whatever they charge. They do not fear any backlash from their guests. I, for one, would like to see the porch of Crystal Palace empty for once and someone, anyone, at Disney saying “Oops. We misjudged them”. Think about it: You go to any major league baseball game. The tickets and the concessions are way overpriced. But every once in a while baseball teams throw you a bone and give away a bobblehead or a mini batting helmet or something. Disney takes and takes and then rubs your nose in it. And the public seems to respond by saying :”More please”. I just don’t get it.
