Multiple Ride Closures Made For LONG Lines in Disney World

If you’ve ever been to Disney World, you know that you’ll find unique merchandise, character meet-and-greets, popular rides, and of course, long lines.

It’s summertime, which means huge crowds and long lines are the norm in Disney World right now, and these lines are made worse when rides temporarily close (whether that’s due to storms in the area, or a malfunction, or other reasons), and we saw a lot of temporary closures yesterday. Want to minimize the amount of time you spend waiting in lines? There are a few things you can do! If you head to the theme parks right when they open, or later in the evening, you’ll usually encounter fewer people. The most crowded part of the day tends to be the late morning and early afternoon.

Toy Story Land

And, of course, you can always purchase Genie+ or Individual Lightning Lanes if you don’t want to stand in long lines. These services will allow you to skip the line at certain rides and attractions. Genie+ is $15 per person per day, and Individual Lightning Lanes vary in price by attraction.
