Ever since Disney announced that traditional character meet-and-greets would be returning to Disney parks, we’ve been on the hunt for more updates.
Characters are returning in phases, which means that not all character experiences reopened at once. For example, you’ve been able to meet princesses at Princess Fairytale Hall in Magic Kingdom, but Adventurers Outpost in Animal Kingdom (where you can meet Mickey and Minnie) just recently reopened. And now, Disney has announced another meet-and-greet location that will be reopening soon.
Disney just announced that character meet-and-greets will be returning to Pete’s Silly Side Show in Magic Kingdom!
This building was used as a relaxation station when masks were required in the theme parks, and prior to the pandemic this was where you could meet Minnie, Daisy, Goofy, and Donald dressed as circus performers, like Goofy as the Great Goofini!
Also, you’ll be able to see some familiar faces in a different area of the park! We’re talking about Peter Pan and Snow White who will return to Fantasyland on July 10th!
You’ll also be able to meet some of your friends over in Toy Story Land at Disney’s Hollywood Studios again…
…and Donald Duck and his friends will be meeting guests in DinoLand U.S.A. at Disney’s Animal Kingdom!
Disney hasn’t shared exactly when these experiences will open, only that we can see them “in the coming months”. However, Snow White and Peter Pan will be returning to Magic Kingdom on July 10th, so mark your calendars for that meet-and-greet.
