Salt & Straw opened their Disneyland Downtown Disney location in 2018, and it’s quickly become a fan favorite!

This family-run ice cream company offers an experience that stands out from the rest with its wild flavors, local ingredients, and constantly-changing menu! This one-of-a-kind shop is making its way to another Disney location, and we’re anxiously awaiting its opening!
Move over Ghirardelli and Vivoli Gelateria — a completely new and highly-anticipated ice cream experience is coming to Disney Springs! Salt & Straw is opening a new shop in Disney Springs, and we can’t wait to try out their off-the-wall flavors!
You may remember that we noticed they were hiring back in February — which made us believe they were on track to open in March 2022, as they expected. Unfortunately, the location still hasn’t opened.

Many guests (including us) are looking forward to the shop’s wild and diverse menu that’s unlike anything we’ve ever seen at other ice cream shops and gelaterias. We guarantee they’ll have flavors you’ve never tried. You’ll also have the possibility to always try something new, as the menu changes every single month! Downtown Disney’s April flavors include Bottomless Limes!…

…The Ice Cream of Moo…

…Triple Tropic Twist…

..Rosie the Pink Flamingo…

…and the Adventurous Llamanaut. (Did we mention that this month’s flavors were inspired by original stories written by kids?)

As you can see, fans of unique and wild flavors will enjoy Salt & Straw. While you patiently (or not-so-patiently) wait for the opening of this shop, be sure to check back here for the latest news — including an opening date for the Disney Springs Salt & Straw location!

No thanks, I will stick with my classic choices at Ghirardelli.
the triple tropic twist looks so yummy.
New ice cream store is next to cigar shop at Disney Springs West? That will be a terrible mix of smells!
