UPDATE: Tickets for Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind D23 Gold Member previews are now sold out.
The opening of Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind in EPCOT is one of the most highly anticipated Disney World events this year. Recently, Disney shared that the attraction would be opening on May 27th, 2022, as well as details about who can preview the attraction before it opens.

D23 Gold Members have exclusive access to preview this attraction on May 15th, 2022, and registration for this preview opens TODAY.
UPDATE: Shortly after registration opened, we noted that the wait quickly jumped to more than an hour, and by 10:08AM PT/1:08PM ET, all tickets were currently in shopping carts. By the time it was our turn to enter the site at 1:18PM ET, there were no longer any tickets available online.

Tickets for this event are $35 plus a $5 processing fee and are available on the D23 website beginning at 10AM PT/1PM ET. There is a limit of two tickets per member, and the preview will be taking place on Sunday, May 15th, 2022.

As part of this preview, D23 Gold Members who are able to secure tickets will be given complimentary admission to EPCOT after 4PM, free parking, a $20 dining card to be used at the EPCOT dining location of their choice, reserved viewing for Harmonious, and a commemorative gift.

Check-in for the event begins at 3:30PM at the front of the park and will end at 6:30PM. The preview of the coaster will begin after the viewing of Harmonious. Remember, these tickets are available to D23 Gold Members exclusively — Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind officially opens on May 27th, 2022.

Happened to me, too. Hardly get down to Florida, and even though I’ll be down there, still can’t.
My wife both tried to get tickets for the four of us that will be in Epcot that day. I was only able to get two. It’s kinda bittersweet that only half of us can go. Although it’s sounding more and more that I was lucky to even get the two.
I believe that this ride uses the same technology as Universal’s Gringgots ride. Constantly playing catchup with your main competitor is bad for business especially when your competitor is building another brand-new park.
We tried to get the Cosmic Rewind tickets as well – only had to wait 10 minutes when entering the queue and even then the tickets were already sold out.
