We’re planning a trip to the movies, who wants in? Yes, we know that Disney’s Encanto movie came out way back in November 2021, but we can’t stop singing about Bruno and the Family Madrigal! (Side note: “Dos Oruguitas” is a totally underrated song)
If you’ve been loving Encanto as much as we have, we’ve got some great news!
Disney posted an exciting announcement on Instagram that has us super excited!
Between the recent Oscar buzz and records that Encanto is breaking with its incredible soundtrack, we’re not surprised that this popular movie is getting a second shot in theaters!
If you didn’t get to catch the movie on the big screen the first time around, now’s your chance! Encanto is also streaming on Disney+, but the experience is not quite the same as a movie theater. Be sure to stay tuned for all the latest Disney news!

This will probably “seal the deal” on an Encanto ride in the parks.
Have not seen it and have no plans to see it. So far the commercials and reviews have not made me want to take either Disney Plus or go to the theaters to see it.
You’re truly missing an amazing movie. I watched it because I was bored the first time and I had no real interest before then. I’ve watched it about 20 times since then and listen to the soundtrack all the time. It’s an absolutely wonderful movie and I probably will see it on this re-release.
