Disney Springs is Hosting a Special Local Artist This February

This February, Disney is celebrating Black History Month with Celebrate Soulfully, a special event inspired by Black history, art, music, and more. We’ve seen some incredible entertainment, food, and art in the past, and this year is no exception!

Celebrate Soulfully at Disney Springs

For Celebrate Soulfully in Disney Springs, you can check out delicious treats and entertainment, as well as an Art of Disney event featuring artwork by Disney Legends, and you can even meet a special artist too!

In addition to checking out work by legendary Disney artists like Marlon West (Moana, The Princess and the Frog), Floyd Norman (Sleeping Beauty, Toy Story 2, Monsters, Inc.), and Bruce W. Smith (The Princess and the Frog, The Proud Family), you can also meet the artist and painter Timothy Adebule at Art of Disney! He will be there daily throughout the month of February from 1PM to 10PM.

Adebule operates the Three Masks Art Gallery and Event Center in Orlando, Florida, with the motto, “Sharing Africa from within.” This center features art, music, poetry, a drum class, and lots more.
