Do YOU Qualify to Get Disney’s Exclusive 2022 Collectors Set?

D23 is THE Official Disney Fan Club!

D23 members can get access to all kinds of special perks including special events, exclusive merchandise, and more. And now we’ve got an update about some special collectibles select D23 members will be able to snag next year!

Earlier today D23 announced their special D23 2022 Gold Member Collector Set. We’ve seen some great items included in the Gold Member sets sent out in the past. For 2022, the set is called “Around the World of Disney Parks.”

The box will feature some awesome collectibles that will take D23 members on a trip to the various Disney parks around the world, without having to leave the comfort of their own homes!

Here’s a look at what the set includes. First, there will be a D23 Disney Parks Passport. The passport will contain a letter from the head of D23, Michael Vargo, along with a guide to Disney’s parks around the world, complete with fun facts!

The passport holds the next 2 items that are part of the set — the Mickey Mouse Aviation Pin and the Jetsetting Luggage Tag. The pin has a retro-inspired design, meant to look sort-of like those classic airline “wings” badges. It has Mickey on it in a classic style with a gold finish.

The Jetsetting Luggage Tag is a metal tag that has the D23 logo etched on it, along with a Mickey-and-airplane-tail design. That Mickey design was actually inspired by the logo that was on Walt Disney’s Gulfstream company plane.

Finally, the set includes the Disney Parks Around the World Pin Set, which is made of 7 very special pins that are exclusive to this set.

These 7 pins are deluxe-sized and each represents the icon of one of the Disney resorts around the world: Disneyland Resort, Walt Disney World Resort, Tokyo Disney Resort, Disneyland Paris, Hong Kong Disneyland Resort, and Shanghai Disneyland Resort.

But Disney Cruise Line isn’t left out! There’s a Disney Cruise Line pin as well which celebrates the new ship that will be setting sail in 2022 — The Disney Wish.

The pins come with a map of the world which has art of it from Disney artist Bryan Mon. The map shows off international landmarks but also serves as a fun backdrop for the collection!

This collector set will be sent to new D23 Gold Members who join the fan club, as well as current D23 Gold Members who have a membership that renews between January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022.

Keep in mind there are 2 paid D23 membership types — the Individual Plan ($99.99/year plus shipping and other fees) and the Duo Plan ($129.99/year plus shipping and other fees). If you want to join D23 but don’t want to pay for a membership, you can also get a general (free) D23 membership. Just note that general D23 members will not be eligible to get this cool collectors set.
