Planning For Early Theme Park Entry at Disney World Just Got Easier

We’re counting down the days until October 1st!

Magic Kingdom

We can’t wait to get to the Disney World parks on the 50th Anniversary — it’s going to be such an exciting day! In addition to all the fun offerings in the park (like merchandise, entertainment, and fireworks), we’re getting a new perk with Early Theme Park Entry for resort guests. And the Disney World website just made it easier to plan for those extra minutes in the park!

This morning we logged into our account on the Disney World website and noticed that Early Theme Park Entry times are now listed in the My Plans section! The hours will show up depending on what days you (and your Friends & Family list) have park reservations.

Early Theme Park Entry is only available for guests of Disney World Resorts and allows you to enter any theme park 30 minutes before it opens. You’ll get the first choice at the rides and attractions!

We’ll make sure to test this perk out when it arrives, so stay tuned to AllEars. We’ve got the latest 50th Anniversary news and updates!

  1. I can’t wait to read that Disney transport will start charging a fee including the Monorail.

It’s not about Disney magic and family memories anymore. It’s all about the “Benjamins”!

  2. its great that Disney is allowing us to get in 30 minutes before anyone else but there are still some unanswered questions…like will the Disney Transportation be running at this time to get us there…then what exactly will be open in the parks?
