NEWS: Florida Hits Record-High of Daily COVID-19 Cases Again

Following updated guidance from the CDC, Disney World is now requiring guests to wear masks indoors again. COVID-19 case numbers have been on the rise in Florida, and now we’ve got an update on case numbers in the state.

Now, Florida has reported another record-breaking day of COVID-19 cases. 26,203 cases were reported on August 24th, according to the CDC.

Mask policies have changed in some places.

The state is now up to over 3 million cases since the pandemic began last year. Florida has continued to show record-breaking numbers,

Although Disney World recently brought back the mask requirement for indoor spaces, they recently changed the mask rules slightly. Now, guests are able to go maskless while they are in outdoor queues or rides.
