Disneyland Hotel reopened today!

We stayed at the newly reopened hotel to take a look at the refurbishments that have happened in the rooms and lobby.
The hotel updated some of the furniture, and it was all decorated for the reopening with balloons!

We saw this cute spot to sit and watch Disney cartoons while you wait for your room to be ready.

We wandered out back to check out the pool area! The Disneyland sign and monorail water slide were waiting for us out there!

And we spotted some Fourth of July decoration on the bridge!

We were really tempted to take a soak in the Minnie Mouse hot tub…

…but we decided to check out the Tangaroa Terrace instead! This tropical bar and grill reopened with the Disneyland Hotel!

We found the ordering station, complete with a quick grab-and-go section…

…and then we peeked at some of the outside seating!

There was plenty of space out here to enjoy a snack or drink.

We got here pretty early, so they were serving coffee outside!

On our way back inside, we stopped to peek at Goofy’s Kitchen…

…the Fantasia Gift Shop…

…and the Coffee House!

Our room was ready, so we headed back inside to check it out! In the hallway, of course we stopped to admire the new carpet! This new blue and gold carpet has designs that look like the “it’s a small world” ride.

The same colors continue into the new fireworks-themed carpet in the guest rooms!

But that’s getting a little ahead of our tour! So instead we’ll start with the entryway to the room, which had a little coffee station right around the corner from the door.

This could double as a vanity if there are two people in your group trying to get ready at once.

Next, we turned in to peek at the bathroom. The vanity has a sink with complimentary H20+ toiletries, a swing-out mirror, and extra counter space above the faucet!

There’s also a Mickey hand holding the light fixture, which is an interesting touch.

Across from the vanity is the shower, which is a tub-shower combo with a curtain.

Can you spot the little Mickey details in the accent tiles?

There’s a separate water closet with the toilet, which is great for when everyone is trying to get ready at once to leave for the parks.

We headed back out into the main room to check out the rest of the decor!

We were super pumped to see that the light-up headboards that play “When You Wish Upon a Star” were still there!

There were two queen-size beds with a nightstand in between them.

The nightstand had a phone, lamp, and alarm clock! If you need a bit more counter space, though, never fear! There was a desk with a chair across from the beds.

The desk had its own lamp, a gorgeous mirror above it (more getting ready space in the morning, perhaps?), and plenty of outlets for all your devices!

Next to the desk was the dresser, which held three drawers for storage and…

…a mini refrigerator!

That’s perfect for the leftovers of all the delicious Disnelyand snacks we’re planning to eat! The drawers had lots of space for all our clothes, Mickey ears, and souvenirs!

On the other side of the dresser was a couch that doubles as a daybed!

Here’s the couch folded down as the bed!

So this room could sleep 5 people pretty comfortably (well, maybe not quite as comfortably on the daybed…).
And here’s that Mickey Fireworks carpet we mentioned earlier!

So all that leaves is…the view!

Who doesn’t love a view of blue skies and tropical palm trees?

That wraps up our tour! The Disneyland Hotel is open now and accepting reservations, so grab yours and come on down! Keep following AllEars for more Disneyland news!
