All around Disney World, restaurants and hotels have been reopening over the past few months and weeks.

‘Ohana is set to reopen soon; the Maya Grill has reopened; and some Disney World hotels have reopened as well. Now, another spot has reopened — Sebastian’s Bistro in Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort — and we’re going to give you a first look inside!
Sebastian’s Bistro reopened today (June 24th). For now, this spot will be open with walk-in availability only, from 5:00PM to 9:30PM, until July 4th. Planning to visit after July 4th? Then you can go ahead and make reservations for dates July 5th and later. You can already make those reservations right now!

When we arrived, we walked up to the check-in area to put our names down for the next available table. We waited about 5 minutes after checking in on the My Disney Experience app, and then it was time for us to EAT!
While Sebastian’s Bistro previously offered a la carte style dining, it is now serving up a family-style “Taste of the Caribbean” menu! This meal is priced at $29 per adult (plus tax and gratuity) and $17 per child (plus tax and gratuity).

What do you get with your meal? Well, you get a whole host of things! For starters, you get house-baked pull-apart rolls with guava butter and caramelized onion jam!

Then, it’s time for some salad. The salad included in the family-style meal is The Spice Necklace Salad which is made with Mixed Greens and Kale with Toasted Pumpkin Seeds, Grilled Pineapple, Orange, Spiced Candied Walnuts, and Radish with Key Lime Dressing.

Ready for some meat? You’ll get plenty here! The meal includes a family-style platter with Oven-roasted Citrus Chicken, Slow-cooked Mojo Pork with Mango Sambal, and Grilled Flank Steak with Mojito Relish.

All of this is served with Cilantro Rice and Beans, Vegetable Curry, and Grilled Broccolini.

If you want to add a little something extra to your meal, you could grab some Fried Coconut Shrimp with Creamy Chipotle Dipping Sauce, but that will cost you an additional $8.

Whatever you do, don’t forget to save room for dessert! Those with a sweet tooth will totally look forward to the House-Made Coconut Pineapple Bread Pudding with caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream. This is included as part of the family-style menu.
And, if you are looking for a plant-based menu, they’ve got that too.
Take a look at the plant-based menu here!
There are also a number of specialty cocktails, sangria, and more available for an additional cost. We opted for the Marooned Pig Old-Fashioned for $13.

So, if you’re looking for another spot to try for dinner and potentially thinking about a family-style meal with tropical flavors, Sebastian’s Bistro is now open and you could check it out if you’re interested!

This menu sounds amazing! Can we get a review video of this location? This is one of the few resorts that I’ve never even toured, it would be nice to have a reason to visit.
