If we could have Disney food for every meal, we totally would. ? And even when you’re not in the parks, the good news is that you kind of can eat like you’re on vacation at home!

Even if you aren’t heading to the parks, you can actually whip up some of your favorite snacks and drinks from Disney World and Disneyland in the comfort of your home!
You don’t even have to put much effort into these 10 easy recipes that will bring the taste of Disney into your kitchen.
Mickey Waffles
If you thought we were going to make a list of Disney recipes and NOT include Mickey Waffles, we’re pretty surprised by you! Of course, these aren’t going to be your regular run-of-the-mill waffles. We’re actually using the EXACT recipe that the Disney Parks use. And, that means you’re going to want to stock up on the Golden Malted Waffle Mix that includes real malt, vanilla, and the highest quality wheat. So, what are you waiting for? Let’s get cooking!

Makes approximately 3 to 4 waffles, depending on size of waffle baker.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Golden Malted Waffle Mix
- 1 egg
- 5 ounces water
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
1. Beat egg and water together.
2. Add Golden Malted Waffle Mix and mix well.
3. Stir in melted butter and mix thoroughly.
4. Ladle onto hot Mickey Waffle Maker and remove when golden brown.

Jiko’s Mac and Cheese
Put down the boxed mac and cheese, we beg of you! We know that it might be easy to just boil your noodles and pop in that butter and powdered cheese. But, what if we told you that there was an easy way to make mac and cheese that’s a MILLION times better? Yup, you can make Jiko‘s recipe from Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge in your kitchen with just a few simple steps. And, trust us, you’ll thank us later! ?

Makes approximately 4 to 6 servings.
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 cups whole milk
- 8 ounces shredded Italian four-cheese blend (such as mozzarella, asiago, fontina and provolone)
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 pound elbow macaroni, cooked and kept warm
Instructions
1. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add flour, stirring until combined. Cook, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes, or until golden (do not let brown).
2. Add milk to butter mixture, whisking until completely smooth and no lumps remain.
3. Simmer mixture, stirring frequently, until sauce coats the back of a spoon, 5 to 8 minutes.
4. Add cheese to saucepan in batches, stirring until completely melted. Add salt and pepper, stirring to combine.
5. Place cooked macaroni in a large bowl. Add cheese sauce, stirring to combine. Serve immediately.

Avocado Margarita
If you’ve ever been to La Cava del Tequila inside EPCOT’s Mexico Pavilion, you’ll know that there are some amazing cocktails being mixed up there. And, one of our all-time favorites is the Avocado Margarita or Aguacate that makes for the perfect summer sip. (Or you can have it year-round, if you’re really feeling it). Plus, it’s green color makes for the perfect poolside Instagram photo, so you can show all your friends your bartending skills!

Ingredients
- 1/2 ripe Hass avocado
- 2 oz. white 100% agave Tequila
- 1 oz. Midori melon liquor
- Juice of one lime (about 1 oz.)
- 1 oz. Agave Syrup
- Ice
Instructions
1. Blend all ingredient in blender until very smooth and creamy.
2. Serve in a salt-rimmed glass.

‘Ohana Bread Pudding
Time and time again, the bread pudding at ‘Ohana ranks as one of the best desserts in Disney World. And while there’s no denying that it’s a whole experience to be at Disney’s Polynesian Resort, we are pretty thrilled that you can make this fan-favorite treat without even leaving your house!

Ingredients
Bread Pudding
- 5 eggs
- 3 cups whole milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 8 cups french or ‘Ohana breakfast bread
Instructions
1. In bowl mix eggs, milk, salt, sugar, and nutmeg. Set aside.
2. Cut bread in medium (usually 2-inch) pieces and place on cookie sheet pan. Put in 350 degree oven.
3. Bake bread until lightly toasted: about 15 minutes. Remove bread and place in egg and milk mixture.
4. Place mixture in a greased 10-inch cake pan, and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
5. Let stand 5 minutes; serve hot with ice cream.

Ingredients
Bananas Foster Sauce
- 4 oz sugar
- 4 oz brown sugar
- 4 oz corn syrup
- 4 oz unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup spiced rum
- 1 cup banana slices
Instructions
1. Combine sugar, brown sugar, corn syrup, butter, and half of heavy cream in a large pan. Bring to a boil and slowly add remaining heavy cream keeping mixture at a steady boil.
2. Add spiced rum and flambé.
3. Candy will brown slightly; cook 3 minutes until candy forms into a firm ball in cold water. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Add sliced bananas. Serve warm.

Carrot Cake Cookie Sandwich
If you were a Disney’s Hollywood Studios attendee back in the heyday of its focus on Golden Era movies and the film industry, you might remember a little place called the Writer’s Stop. The bookstore was also home to coffee and treats, before it became the BaseLine Tap House. One of the most famous bakery items was the incredible Carrot Cake Cookie Sandwich. And, while you still can find it at the Trolley Car Cafe, it’s not the same recipe that used to be at the Writer’s Stop. But, don’t worry — we’ve got the original to share with you!

Makes approximately 6 cookie sandwiches.
Ingredients
- 1 box Carrot Cake mix
- 3/4 cup of water (per box instructions)
- 1/3 cup of vegetable oil (per box instructions)
- 3 large eggs (per box instructions)
- 8 oz of cream cheese
- 8 tablespoons of butter
- 1 cup of confectioners (powdered) sugar
- 1/2 cup of crushed and drained pineapple
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Start by making the Carrot Cake recipe listed on the back of the standard cake mix box. Preheat your oven to 350 °F and grease a cookie sheet.
2. Place 3 large eggs, vegetable oil, measured water, and Carrot Cake mix into a large bowl. Blend your cake mix, water, oil, and eggs at a low speed until moistened (about 30 seconds). Then, beat the mixture at medium speed for about 2 minutes.
3. Drop rounded spoonfuls onto your cookie sheets before placing them into the oven for about 10 minutes.
4. Remove them from the oven once they’ve been baked and set aside to cool.
5. In a large bowl, sift your powdered sugar. Then, place your butter and cream cheese inside the bowl.
6. Drain crushed pineapple in the sifter over the sink before adding it and the vanilla extract to the rest of the ingredients in the bowl.
7. Blend the ingredients together until the frosting is creamy. Place a tablespoon (or more!) of icing on each cookie and sandwich them together.

PB&J Milkshake
The 50’s Prime Time Cafe takes you back in time whenever you dine at the spot in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. And, while you can get a home-cooked meal at the restaurant, the PB&J Milkshake gives us so much nostalgia with its flavors! So instead of picking up a sandwich, you might want to mix up this treat instead!

Makes approximately 3 3/4 cups of milkshake.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons grape jelly
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
Instructions
1. Combine peanut butter and jelly in a small bowl, mixing well.
2. Combine milk, ice cream, and peanut butter mixture in container of an electric blender.
3. Process mixture until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides.

Pineapple Dole Whip
Dole Whips have been a STAPLE of the Disney Parks as all sorts of flavors have since made their way onto the scene. But, there’s something special about the OG Pineapple Dole Whip that we can’t resist. And, you wouldn’t believe how easy it is to make it at home!

Makes approximately 2 servings.
Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple juice, frozen in an ice cube tray
- 1 DOLE® Banana, peeled and frozen
- 2-1/2 teaspoons powdered sugar
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage
Instructions
1. Combine pineapple juice, banana, and powdered sugar in a blender.
2. Cover and blend until smooth, gradually adding coconut milk and scraping down sides if necessary. Serve immediately.

Mint Julep
One of the dining locations that’s unique to Disneyland is the Mint Julep Bar with its fancy beignets and drinks to pair with them. And, the Mint Julep is clearly the star of the menu with its sweet and refreshing flavors. But, you don’t have to head all the way to Disneyland to snag the Mint Julep. You can kick back and relax at home by making it with just a few simple steps!

Makes approximately 2/3 gallon.
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tsp lime juice concentrate
- 3 cups club soda
- 6 Tbsp creme de menthe syrup (not liqueur)
- 6 oz thawed lemonade concentrate
- mint leaves
- pineapple slices
- maraschino cherries
- bamboo skewers
Instructions
1. Dissolve sugar into club soda. Add lime juice and lemonade and bring to a boil.
2. Remove from heat and add creme de menthe. Chill.
3. To serve, combine 3 parts syrup to 5 parts water. Add mint, and skewer two pineapple slices and a cherry. Serve chilled (add ice cubes if necessary).

‘Ohana Stir Fried Noodles Recipe
Pasta, ramen, mac and cheese — we’ll take anything with pasta in Disney World! But we’re especially partial to the Stir Fried Noodles you can find at ‘Ohana. If you’re looking to have a lunch or dinner that’s totally unique this week, we recommend mixing up the sweet and savory flavors that make Disney’s Stir Fried Noodles SO good!

Ingredients
Fried Noodles
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 teaspoon each, puréed: garlic and ginger
- 1/4 cup each, julienned: red pepper and pineapple
- 2 cups cooked udon noodles
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon chopped roasted peanuts
Peanut Sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 2-inch piece ginger, peeled
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup each: soy sauce, sugar and water
- 1/8 cup diced Spanish onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped peanuts

Instructions
1. For sauce, put ingredients in pan. Bring to boil, stirring. Turn heat to simmer, stirring occasionally. Simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat, pour in blender. Pulse until smooth.
2. For noodles, heat canola oil in wok. Add garlic, ginger, red pepper and pineapple. Stir-fry until red peppers are tender but still firm. Season with salt and pepper. Add noodles. Stir-fry until noodles are heated. Add 1/2 cup peanut sauce to glaze ingredients. Garnish with nuts.

Piña CoLAVA
If you’ve ever made your way to one of Disney World’s pool bars, you might recognize the Piña CoLAVA cocktail. The drink mixed up with raspberry, coconut, and pineapple flavors tastes like summer vacation in a glass. Even though it’s perfect for a pool day at the Disney Resorts, we’re sure it would be a real treat during a sunny day in your backyard!

Ingredients
- 1.25 ounces Bacardi Razz
- 3 ounces Bacardi Pina Colada
- 1 ounce Island Oasis Raspberry
Instructions
1. Pour layer of Island Oasis Raspberry in empty glass.
2. Build remaining ingredients in blender over ice, freeze & pour over raspberry.
