Recently the cruise industry has taken several steps towards resuming sailings, including test cruises and the release of new guidelines.
We’ve also seen some exciting announcements about the new cruise ships that are set to begin sailing soon. Of course, bookings recently opened for the new Disney Wish, which will feature incredible dining, entertainment, and staterooms. And soon, a new Carnival cruise ship will introduce a thrilling “first” for passengers to enjoy!
Carnival Cruise Line’s newest ship, Mardi Gras, will begin offering seven-day cruises from Port Canaveral on Saturday, July 31, with pre-inaugural sailings to the eastern and western Caribbean.
And if you’re a thrill-seeker, Mardi Gras might just be the cruise ship of your dreams. Onboard the ship, passengers will find BOLT, the first roller coaster at sea!
The open-air coaster will allow riders to control their own speed. So, whether you prefer to maximize your thrills or enjoy the ocean views at a more leisurely pace, the experience is up to you!
