NEWS: Disney World Releases Park Hours Through Mid-August

One of the first decisions you have to make when planning your Disney World vacation is which parks you want to visit each day of your trip.

Cinderella Castle

Disney is currently requiring that guests have both a valid theme park ticket and a Park Pass Reservation before heading into the parks, so you have to make your plans well in advance now more than ever. And, if you’re visiting in August, we’ve got an update on park hours to help you with your planning!

Previously, Disney had released park hours through August 7th, but now we’ve got the hours for the next TWO weeks from August 8th to August 21st! Let’s take a look!

Magic Kingdom

For both weeks, Magic Kingdom will open from 9AM to 9PM daily giving you plenty of time to hit all the classic attractions! Though on August 14th, the hour differs a little with the park opening from 9AM to 6PM.

These are the same hours that Magic Kingdom has for the first week of August, so no change here!

EPCOT

Over at EPCOT, the park will open from 11AM to 9PM. And, keep in mind that the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival will be going on during this time, so get ready to eat your way around World Showcase!

Again, these are the same hours that we saw for the park the week before.

Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Disney’s Hollywood Studios will also maintain consistent hours from the week before, opening from 9AM to 7PM between August 8th through 21st.

So, there won’t be any change in the park hours from the prior weeks at all four theme parks.

And, as a reminder, park hopping hours begin at 2PM daily so you’ll just need to be sure that you’ve purchased a Park Hopper Ticket for the day to do so!

Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park

For those looking to take a break from the Florida heat, Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park will open from 11AM to 6PM throughout the two weeks.

Park passes aren’t required for the water park, so you can head on over whenever you’re ready to get your splash on.

Disney Springs

Lastly, Disney Springs will maintain the same hours as the weeks before, opening from 10AM to 10PM Sunday through Thursday and then opening from 10AM to 11PM on Friday and Saturday.
