PHOTOS: We Found TWO Iconic Disney Characters in an Unexpected Spot Today!

Though character meet and greets and parades are currently suspended in Disney World, there’s still a pretty good chance you’ll run into a character or two as you make your way around the parks!

We’ve seen Pooh frolicking in the courtyard in EPCOT, Disney Princesses giving a royal wave as they make their way down Main Street, U.S.A., and some rarer characters passing by on boats. And, just when we thought we had found all the spots to say hi to characters in Disney World, we found them in an unexpected spot!

Today, we spotted TWO iconic Disney characters in Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa lobby!

Just behind a plant barrier in the lobby, there was Pluto, who was super excited to say good morning…

…like really excited!

And, Goofy was there too!

The duo was hanging out near the Garden View Tea Room on the first floor in the lobby area, so you could give them a wave as you headed out for your day in the parks!

Now, this isn’t the first time that we’ve seen Disney characters hanging out at a Disney World Resort (or even in the Grand Floridian), in fact, we recently spotted Goofy over at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Lodge too — but it sure is exciting to see them no matter where it is! We’ll continue to keep an eye out for more spots to look for characters in Disney World, so stay tuned!
