Marvel movie releases have been a little slow-going since Endgame premiered in 2019, but we currently have a LOT to look forward to in the future!
Big things are coming for the likes of Spider-Man, Doctor Strange, Thor, and Black Widow, as each hero adds another film to their list. We’re also excited about the second Black Panther film coming soon, Wakanda Forever. But, there’s another Marvel character who’s getting a sequel, and today we found out what it’s going to be called!
In a follow-up to Captain Marvel, we’ll be getting a Captain Marvel 2. But, we all know that Marvel Studios tends to be more creative with naming their films than that! The new movie is going to be titled The Marvels.
That title has us pretty intrigued, and we can’t wait to see what it’s about. It looks like we’ll be waiting about a year and a half though, because the premiere date is November 11th, 2022. Either way, we’ll be ready!
The name was revealed in Marvel’s new trailer, which also debuted an official name for the second Black Panther, as well as a release date for the third Guardians of the Galaxy.

I can’t wait for all these movies. It is going to be great going to the movies again. I have missed going to the theaters. Now I need to make up for the lost year!!!!!!
