Chef Jessi has helped design the Jasmine Tea Cream Tart at the bakery with layers of Jasmine Tea Cream, Lychee, Raspberry, & Passion Fruit Gelée, and a Butter Nut Cookie Crust. A chocolate swirl, fondant flower, and edible glitter garnish the top to make it look positively royal.
