This Part of Disney World is Reliving the Same Day Again and Again!

Ever since the land first opened in 2019, Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge continues to blow us away with its attention to detail. There’s truly nothing like it anywhere else in Disney World!

Rise of the Resistance

It feels like we’re constantly learning new things about this immersive land in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. And today we learned something new on the planet of Batuu!

Some of you may have figured out through the interactions with the characters or the plots on rides like Rise of the Resistance that Galaxy’s Edge exists somewhere between Episode Eight (The Last Jedi) and Episode Nine (Rise of Skywalker).

What you may NOT know is that according to Cast Members, each day in the land is the first day that Batuu is allowing travelers onto their planet, and YOU, the guest, are among those travelers! That’s right — every day is considered to be that first day, over and over again, day after day!

So essentially, the citizens of Black Spire Outpost are living in a sort of strange Groundhog Day-esque Star Wars universe!
