An Iconic Snack is BACK in Magic Kingdom (Plus MORE Treats You Can Get)!

Snacking in Disney World is one of our favorite ways to pass the time, so we’re almost always trying something new!

Cinderella Castle is getting fancy for the 50th Anniversary celebrations!

And, this week was like every other — filled with lots of eats and drinks! We had to brave a storm or two to get to some of the best foods this week, but it was 100% worth it. Plus, we even found some brand new snacks a full month into the EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival! Get your stretchy pants on because we’re covering the BEST things we ate in Disney World this week!

Here are the 5 BEST snacks we had in Disney World this week!

Vanilla Orange Slushy Float

We had to brave a torrential downpour in Florida to get to this one, but it made it so much sweeter when we finally got to Marketplace Snacks in Disney Springs. They’re serving up a limited-time special called the Vanilla Orange Slushy Float which is made with orange slushy topped with a swirl of vanilla soft-serve.

Vanilla Orange Slushy

We thought the orange slushy base tastes a lot like Orange Dole Whip and when you get a spoonful with the vanilla soft-serve, it is Dole Whip on the next level! If you want to give it a try, keep in mind that this treat is only available for a limited time and costs $5.99.

Key Lime Pie Churro

Another new snack popped up at Disney Springs this week — the Key Lime Pie Churro. We’re all for new flavors of churros, so we stopped by the Sunshine Churros Cart to give it a try!

Key Lime Pie Churro

And, this one has some BOLD flavors! They make these by rolling the baked churros in key lime sugar when they are still hot so there was a lot of flavored sugar on this one — though, we weren’t complaining. It is available for $5.95.

Herb-crusted Spring Lamb

Perhaps the biggest food news of the week was that an EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival booth got a new menu! When Disney originally announced the new Farmers Feast booth, they shared that the menu would be rotating, and we’ve got our first mix-up. The menu now features Warm AsparagusHerb-crusted Spring Lamb, and Strawberry Rhubarb Upside-down Cake. And, one of the highlights for us was the lamb dish!

Herb-crusted Spring Lamb

The lamb is served with Marble Potatoes, Spring Vegetables (a mixture of lima beans, mushrooms, carrots, greens, and garlic), and Red Wine Butter Sauce. And, we thought this one was delicious. The lamb was cooked fairly rare, which gave it a tender and juicy taste. Plus, the sides paired well with the meat. It is now available for $7.75.

Leopard’s Eye

It wouldn’t be like us to not give some new drinks a try, and we found a winner — the Leopards Eye! This can be found in Disney’s Animal Kingdom at Harambe Market and features snow leopard vodka blended with kiwi and passion fruit mango.

The drink itself is super refreshing and was nice to sip on during the warm Florida day in Disney. We couldn’t really taste the alcohol, but really enjoyed the fruity flavors! Alcohol doesn’t come cheap in Disney World though and this one costs $15.

Minnie Kitchen Sink

We wrapped up our week by discovering that the popular Minnie Kitchen Sink has made its way BACK to Magic Kingdom! Plaza Ice Cream Parlor on Main Street, U.S.A. used to be the home of this iconic treat, but it has returned in a new location — Storybook Treats. Disney modified the snack a little and the Minnie skirt souvenir now comes with your choice of a strawberry or hot fudge sundae with whipped cream topping.

Souvenir and ice cream served separately!

Disney isn’t serving the ice cream inside of the Minnie kitchen sink, so the serving of ice cream is much smaller than it used to be. But, it is still pretty exciting to be able to get the combined snack and souvenir in Magic Kingdom again! You can find it now for $16.99.

So, are we getting better at eating well-balanced meals in Disney World? Probably not — oh well! We’ll be back to check out more of the new eats and drinks around the Disney Parks next week, so stay tuned!
