But, there may be another round of delays happening in Paris that could affect theme parks!

AP Wire News has reported that Paris and other regions of France are undergoing another round of new restrictions. Instead of opting for a lockdown with the rise of COVID-19 cases and patients in hospitals, they will be reducing the national curfew by an hour among other guidelines.

Citizens are able to walk as normal in the Paris region and northern France. But, it must be within a 6-mile radius of their homes with a paper that authorizes their walk. All non-essential outlets will be closed, except bookshops, on top of the restaurants, bars, cinemas, gyms, museums, theaters, and concert halls that have already been shut down for nearly five months.

Schools will remain open, even with the restrictions. The nationwide curfew has been set at 6 PM to 6 AM for two months, but the curfew will begin an hour later now. These rules will go into place at midnight on Friday and last for at least four weeks.

Currently, the Nice, Pas de Calais, and Dunkirk regions have already been in full weekend lockdown. Yet, the Paris area and others have been doing what they can to avoid lockdown, while including stricter regulations. The AstraZeneca vaccine will also be available starting Friday afternoon in France, which is currently reserved for people 75 and older or with serious health concerns.
