Get a First Look at How Disney World Will Celebrate Its 50th Anniversary!

2021 is a big year for Disney World.

On October 1st, 1971, Disney World officially opened! This year, the resort is celebrating its 50th Anniversary. With new attractions and restaurants coming later this year, the celebration is bound to be a big one. And now it seems that we’re one step closer to finding out how the parks will celebrate!

Disney recently shared that tomorrow morning (February 19th), they will be sharing a special glimpse into what we can expect from the 50th Anniversary celebrations!

This first look will be shared on Good Morning America and Disney Parks Blog. Right now, you can check out a sneak peek of what’s to come!

We’re looking forward to the opening of Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure and La Crêperie de Paris in EPCOT this year, and we can’t wait to find out what other exciting things we can expect!

  1. Going in couple weeks for daughters 50 th birthday. We were hoping something would be going on first or Disney world 50th but I’m guessing nothing will happen until oct ???. First visit was in May of 1972
