And, now there will be another location in the U.S. to snap a picture with Walt Disney.

In July 2020, President Trump signed an Executive Order on Building the National Garden of American Heroes. Today, a second order was signed with more direction and detail, including who would be receiving statues. Included amongst the names is Walt Disney.

Each individual was “chosen for embodying the American spirit of daring and defiance, excellence and adventure, courage and confidence, loyalty and love.”

The National Garden will “reflect the greatness and goodness of America” and will be a place to gather and renew their vision and belief in the country. Walt joins a long list of heroes all chosen for “embodying the American spirit of daring and defiance, excellence and adventure, courage and confidence, loyalty and love.”
