When the parks closed back in March, many of the parks suspended various operations company-wide.

As a health and safety precaution, the Disney College Program was halted without a sign of reopening any time soon. While there haven’t been too many details of what would be happening with internships in the future, now we have an idea of how Disney will be handling the programs soon.
In recent update from the Disney Internship Program, Disney has noted that the College Program and other internship opportunities will continue to be suspended during upcoming semesters.

However, Disney has stated that they do plan on bringing various programs back in the future so more students and participants can be a part of the outreach. We might not be sure when this will be exactly, but we’ll be sure to update you on the Disney College Program and other elements of the parks.

I was blessed to be a part of the Disney family via my Culinary Internship as a CP, it ended abruptly in March because of the pandemic. However it was one of he best times in my life! I love Disney and the programs, everyone was so helpful and eager to see us succeed. We were given every tool to succeed, grow and thrive! I am excited to return and I love everyone I worked with, and came in contact with. Disney has a very high standard and once in the program we’re taught to deliver the very best of ourselves! ❤
