WHAT. A. DAY. We had a feeling there were going to be lots of exciting announcements at Disney’s Investor Day today, and we have NOT been disappointed!
So far, we’ve heard more details about the Obi-Wan Kenobi and Rogue One series, news about a BUNCH of Star Wars original shows coming to Disney+, and so much more. On top of all of that, we also got to hear about the new reimagining of a classic film coming soon!
Today, Disney shared that they will be reimagining the classic film Cheaper by the Dozen, with “Blackish” producer Kenya Barris!
According to Disney’s Tweet shared earlier today, the “story centers on a blended family of 12, navigating a hectic home life and their family business.” Gabrielle Union is set to star in this new movie.
The film is set to debut on Disney+ in 2022. We can’t wait to hear more details about this movie and all of the other amazing content coming soon to Disney+. Stay tuned for more updates!
