Disney promised that Disneyland would be getting its own version of Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway in Toontown, but construction has been delayed due to park closures and COVID-19 guidelines. Today we have a new photo of construction happening on the ride at Disneyland.

The first steel beam for Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway was laid at Disneyland in September, and Disney announced that the ride’s opening date would be pushed to 2023.
