Is there any situation that’s not made better with food? In the case of a magical Walt Disney World vacation, we think all the munchies and crunchies elevate the experience.

When you’re on the run to that FastPass+ time for Flight of Passage, snacks are one of the best ways to make sure you’ve got the energy to get there. With so many options available, a few treats may tend to get overlooked that should be high on your radar.
These are the most underrated snacks at Disney World according to AllEars Readers!
Port Orleans Beignets
Beignets are love in its purest form: a simple fried dough pocket topped with powdered sugar. The Big Easy is well known as the home of the beignet, so it makes sense that Disney would choose to have the classic snack be part of the cuisine at Port Orleans – French Quarter Resort.

And if you want to sample a variety of beignet creations, you can typically find them here. Traditional? Check. Beignets with Red Tamales candies? Check. Beignets with booze infusions? Check and check. It might be kind of a trek out to Scat Cat’s Club Cafe (we recommend the peaceful Sassagoula water taxi from Disney Springs when it’s running!), but it’s well worth the trip.
Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe
Pretzels are a staple snack for the park, so the Norwegian Kringla from EPCOT is in good company. This pretzel-shaped pastry is served up (where else) at Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe in the Norway pavilion.

What makes this pretzelish snack stand out from the crowd is its assortment of toppings to choose from. You can pick from cinnamon, chocolate, or almonds to top your Kringla, so you’ll have to decide if you’re feeling more sweet or nutty on the day you grab yours.
Kakigori
World Showcase is single-handedly responsible for doubling our step counts when we go to Epcot. When we’re being battered with that Florida sun, we thank Disney that the Kakigori from Kabuki Cafe in Japan exists to beat the heat.

Kakigori is essentially shaved ice that comes with a multitude of syrup topping options. You can try strawberry, melon, tangerine, cherry, blue raspberry, or why not get a rainbow of three flavors?
Pepper Jack Pretzel
Yep, that’s right; we’re talking more pretzels! If you like a little more spice in your life, then you can head down to the Cheshire Cafe next to the Mad Tea Party in the Magic Kingdom for the Pepper Jack Pretzel.

Depending on when you go you may not be able to find this spicy snack as the flavors rotate (the Cheshire Cat up to his usual tricks), so if you see it’s available, make sure to grab it before it goes away again. (We also see this snack at Tortuga Tavern and The Lunching Pad from time to time, so keep your eyes peeled!)
Peter Pan Float
Speaking of hard to find snacks, one that’s recently come back into our lives is the Peter Pan Float! You can find this concoction over at Storybook Treats in the Magic Kingdom.

You get the best of both worlds here as some pop stars love to remind us with the sweetness from the ice cream and tart crispness from the key-lime and Sprite flavoring. Plus, you get a chocolate feather to stick in your cap (or rather, eat).
Tie-Dye Cheesecake
You remember when you were a kid and you took all your paint colors and mixed them together to see what kind of craziness you would create? Someone at Pop Century definitely did when they made the Tie-Dye Cheesecake.

Almost two desserts in one, multi-colored cheesecake sits atop scrumptious red velvet cake. We are definitely not complaining.
