Watch The Grand Floridian Society Orchestra’s Final Performances Online TODAY

As Disney World continues to reopen, we have seen restaurants (like Chefs de France and Cinderella’s Royal Table) and entertainment beginning to make their way back to the parks, albeit in new and different ways.

We’ve seen parades replaced with character cavalcades, and character dining is very different now. However, some of the entertainment we’ve enjoyed in the past at Disney World is set to be gone for good.

Although the Grand Floridian Society Orchestra stopped playing at the Grand Floridian after Disney World’s reopening, the musicians moved to Disney’s Hollywood Studios, where they played with The Disney Society Orchestra and Friends. We recently learned, though, that the orchestra will play their final two performances today, October 3rd.

Both performances will be live streamed today: the 2:30PM EST show will air on the Grand Floridian Society Orchestra’s Facebook page. The 6PM EST show will air live on YouTube below:

The orchestra has been a beloved part of Disney World for 32 years. If you’d like a chance to experience their last performance, be sure to tune in today. We’ll keep you updated on any other entertainment changes at the parks.
