NEWS! Bob Jackson, Also Known As Yehaa Bob, Will Not Return to Perform at Disney World

We recently learned the news that the Grand Floridian Society Band will play their final performance on October 3rd. This news was followed by today’s announcement that Disney will lay off 28,000 employees across their Parks, Experiences, and Products division.

Now, we have yet another unfortunate update regarding live performers in Disney World seeing a cutback in operations over the coming weeks and months.

Bob Jackson, also known as Yehaa Bob, announced on his Facebook page that he will not be returning to perform at Port Orleans Riverside.

His post reads, “I’ve just learned my act will not be returning to Disney. I made so many friends over the last 23 years, it was a great time, we had a lot of laughs together.” Yehaa Bob performed a lively piano show throughout the week at River Roost Lounge at Port Orleans Riverside. At this time, both of the Port Orleans Resorts are still closed with no reopening date announced.

During Disney World’s closures, Bob Jackson continued to entertain his fans by hosting virtual live stream concerts weekly. In his Facebook post, he announced that for now, his Sunday shows will continue. We will continue to keep track of any announcements that come our way, and we will provide updates as we learn more!
