The global health crisis has delayed a lot of Disney movies and TV shows, as well as put some productions completely on hold.

Most recently, Disney announced yet another delay for the theatrical release of Black Widow, as well as The Eternals. And although The Falcon and Winter Soldier was initially set to premiere on Disney+ this fall, that series is now delayed until 2021.
Another Marvel series, Loki, saw its production temporarily halted. However, it seems that it’s now officially back in production. In an interview with Forbes, actress Gugu Mbatha-Raw, who joined the Loki cast back in February, gave an update on the series.

In the interview, she revealed that she had returned to work on Loki. She said, “I’m obviously sworn to secrecy about everything to do with Loki, but it feels great to be back. Everyone is trying to do it as safely as possible under the circumstances, and it feels good. I’m excited. It’s a lot of fun, and I can’t wait to see it.”
Actors Owen Wilson and Richard E. Grant will also join Loki actor Tom Hiddleston and Mbatha-Raw on set.

In the meantime, Marvel fans still have WandaVision to look forward to on Disney+ in December. We’re keeping our eyes out for any new Marvel and Disney+ news, so we’ll definitely keep you updated!

If Black Widow doesn’t come out in November, everything will be pushed back further.I suspect the only reason WandaVision is coming out in December is that it is so trippy that it has very loose connections with the rest of the MCU, and whatever plot happens in WandaVision will not have any immediate repercussions in the rest of the MCU.
