Take a Look at ALL the Tribute Store Treats for Halloween Horror Nights in Universal Orlando… If You Dare.

It might only be August, but it’s already the start of Halloween Horror Nights 29.5 (as we’re calling it) in Universal Orlando! While the 30th anniversary event is postponed until next year, Universal is still incorporating enough thrills and chills in the parks that it feels like a mini celebration on its own!

Land of the Dead

While we’ve been anticipating many of the things that could come to Halloween Horror Nights in 2021, we’ve been partying it up around Universal today as Pizza Fries have made a comeback and Beetlejuice has taken over!

Even though it’s been quite the day for merchandise and entertainment, Universal is giving our little black hearts a lot of joy by making an entire room of Halloween Horror Nights treats at the Tribute Store today!

While there are distancing measures in place, you might need a minute to take all those amazing treats in once you see them.

Since Beetlejuice’s grave is just around the corner, it’s only fitting that you snack on some Graveyard Cake after you’ve left the store.

Although we can’t get over all the ghoulish delights at Halloween Horror Nights, we practically fan-girled over the Beating Heart Sour Gummies available for purchase.

But, Universal isn’t messing around because these babies ACTUALLY pulse like a beating heart (which is oddly gross, yet satisfying)!

Since all sorts of creatures come out to play at Halloween time, you can pick up the Severed Lime Slime

…or the Key Lime Mummy Tarts to treat yo’self.

Did somebody say WAFFLES?! After the mega popular waffle treats that have made their way to Halloween Horror Nights thanks to Stranger Things, we were happy to see Bacon Cheddar Scallion Waffle Sticks that had our name ALL over them.

Universal Monsters has made a comeback again this year, it’s only fitting to find the Frankenstein Rice Krispie Treats…

It’s not a Universal bakery case without some donuts, folks! And, the Tribute Store is serving up PLENTY of spooky goodies for all ages!

While you can indulge in some Maple Bacon Donuts

…along with a GIANT eye donut (um… Mike Wazowski? You good?)…

…there’s some HUGE treats like the Jack O’ Lantern Donut that sold out crazy fast while we were there. We were lucky enough to get the last one (so you’ll want to hurry in to snag one when you’re in Universal Orlando next)!

Plus, the little Mummy Donut is just too cute to pass up! Anybody want to challenge us to try ALL the donuts at the Tribute Store this year?

Visitors can also dare to try mix up some sweet and salty goodness with the White Chocolate Mummy Pretzel

…or stick to something savory with the Striped Pretzel Hot Dogs (which remind us a LOT of a Sandworm)!

And, we’re paying some homage to Voodoo Donuts with the Vegan Oreo Brownie Skulls that even Dr. Facilier would want to try!

You can take a look at all the prices and treats available at the Tribute Store down below (but don’t blame us if you want them all!).

After we checked out all the fantastic options, we made out with our Halloween Horror Nights haul to try some sweet and savory snacks!

Our Halloween Feast!

On top of the Jack ‘O Lantern Donut, we picked up the Red Velvet and White Chocolate Cake Pop. Although the red velvet part was to die for, we weren’t big fans of the jelly textured coating around the cake pop. Although it tasted fine, it almost felt like we were actually biting into an eyeball (which was a cool effect, we have to say)!

Our runner-up for the treats was the Bacon Cheddar Scallion Waffle Stick that was crispy and flavorful!

The waffle stick came with a side of Jalapeño Maple Syrup. The cheddar and bacon in the treat really stood out with a hint of spiciness and sweetness from the syrup.

But, our winner was surprisingly the Zombie Cookie Dough! The cookie dough tasted like a homemade batter with a smooth consistency. There wasn’t any graininess like the other edible cookie dough we’ve tried around the theme parks. The Oreo crumbles, fruit jelly, and candy corn made it even better.

While snacks around the theme parks can sometimes get a bit pricey, we were pretty impressed with the cost vs. the size of the snacks at the Tribute Store! If you’re looking for a quick stop with your family and friends, there are plenty of treats that are shareable at the Halloween Horror Nights spot.

While you can also take a look inside what the Beetlejuice room looks like at the Tribute Store, we’ll keep an eye out for any other Halloween Horror Nights festivities that Universal Orlando brings to the parks this year!
