While we’ve definitely enjoyed being back in the parks to grab churros and ride our favorite attractions, the Cast Members have been making the new transition as smooth as possible.

Cast Members Welcoming Everyone Back!

Since there are so many new health and safety regulations to consider going back to the parks, Disney employees have received new training to make sure they’re up-to-speed on everything happening.

  1. Not a care package. Its a publicity stunt to say they did something good for us. Mask is mandatory so that was always gonna be given to us. We already have hand sanitizer and the thermometer was the ok part of it. We need more hours, counseling to deal with the stress, leaders that dont yell at us and nit pick everything we do when we show up to work and others dont because they have unemployment money to go through. We are understaffed currently and some places in the park where I work our proprietor tells us not to keep count of guests allowed into the store and not follow CDC guidelines. We need compassionate leaders and a compassionate company. They dont keep us informed and they are not informed. I cant make ends meet if it keeps on like this.Disney rather have less people and pay less cast. And meanwhile up the attendance for the park.
