As travelers have been returning back to some of Florida’s theme parks and other entertainment locations, health and safety regulations have continued to be put in place.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis originally issued an executive order that required visitors from New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut to undergo a mandatory 14-day quarantine when they enter Florida. That travel advisory was then extended multiple times through September 5th.

However, DeSantis has officially rescinded the order stating that visitors from these states are required to be in quarantine, though Florida still remains under a State of Emergency.

Although Florida isn’t abiding by this advisory anymore, the Tri-State area is still requiring people traveling back from Florida to be in mandatory quarantine upon their return.

If you plan on visiting Disney World or Universal Orlando from New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut, it’s important to note that you’ll need to follow quarantine regulations when you go back.
