As we keep exploring a newly reopened Disney World, we’ve been noting all the big changes happening in the parks.

One of the switches we’ve seen is how the wait times and queues are now working. And, we’re giving you a look at what waits you can expect in Disney World today on July 24th!

We’ll be updating this post throughout the day so you can see what the wait times are like at different hours in Disney World.

Magic Kingdom

It was a quiet morning in the Magic Kingdom at 10AM with most of the attractions around the park sitting at 5 to 10 minute waits.

While 10AM usually sees attractions like Peter Pan’s Flight, Pirates of the Caribbean…

…Big Thunder Mountain, and the Haunted Mansion pickup up longer queues, they were all at little to no waits.

The two longest waits of the hour were for Jungle Cruise at 15 minutes and Seven Dwarfs Mine at 30 minutes.

As 12PM rolled around in Magic Kingdom, things started to pick up a little bit in the park.

Although many of the attractions in Magic Kingdom stayed at 5 to 10 minute waits…

…quite a few of them jumped up to 15 to 25 minute wait times instead (even though they’re still shorter than what the lines are like at noon regularly).

Big Thunder Mountain moved up to claim one of the higher wait times with 35 minutes, along with Splash Mountain at 45 minutes. Seven Dwarfs Mine Train’s line increased slightly from a 30 minute wait to a 40 minute wait.

Although 3PM can be one of the busiest (and hottest) times of the day, the wait times in Magic Kingdom only saw a little bit of fluctuation from the beginning of the afternoon.

Although a good amount of the attractions had low waits of only 5 to 25 minutes…

…Astro Orbiter and it’s a small world went up to 30 minute queues, along with Pirates of the Caribbean.

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad and Seven Dwarfs Mine Train sat at 35 minute waits with Jungle Cruise peaking at 40 minutes. Splash Mountain temporarily closed, most likely due to sanitation measures.

While the end of the evening started to come around in Magic Kingdom, the wait times went up an hour before closure at 6 PM.

There were still plenty of 5 to 10 minute waits around the park…

…for attractions like the Haunted Mansion and Space Mountain (that usually have longer waits in the evening).

However, other attractions jumped up like the Magic Carpets of Aladdin from 10 to 20 minutes and Splash Mountain re-opened with a long 80 minute wait.

Hollywood Studios

Most of the Hollywood Studios attractions were practically available for guests to walk onto with 5 to 10 minute waits…

…and the Tower of Terror’s famous 13 minute wait (which means there’s no line) at 10AM. Slinky Dog Dash was at a surprising 15 minute wait, while Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run and Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway started the day off at high 60 and 75 minute queues.

At the top of the afternoon, Hollywood Studios’ wait times actually dipped down a bit as guests stopped for lunch in the park. While we were excited to see that Lightning McQueen’s Racing Academy was back…

…Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway and Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run also dropped to 45 and 50 minute waits.

While some of the parks picked up at 3PM, Hollywood Studios’ waits drastically dropped down later in the afternoon.

Three of the park’s most popular attractions (Smugglers Run, Slinky Dog Dash, and Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway) only sat at 20 and 25 minute waits.

An hour before closing, Hollywood Studios had low wait times at 7 PM for the last few people who wanted to hop on their favorite attractions before leaving for the night.

While most of the rides sat at little to no waits that ranged from 5 to 15 minutes, Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway went up to 40 minutes.

Animal Kingdom

It’s another easy breezy morning in the Animal Kingdom at 10AM in the park with short wait times (and plenty of moments spotting our favorite characters).

The longest waits of the morning were over at Flight of Passage with 10 minutes, Kilimanjaro Safari with 20 minutes, and Na’vi River Journey with 25 minutes.

Although it was the peak of the afternoon, many of the attractions in Animal Kingdom kept the same wait times at 12PM.

However, Expedition Everest and Flight of Passage did jump up to 20 minute and 25 minute waits.

Believe it or not, the wait times continued to go down through the afternoon in Animal Kingdom at 3PM.

The waits only lasted from 5 to 15 minutes so everyone could practically walk onto their favorite attractions with Na’vi River Journey having the “longest” line.

Animal Kingdom closed at 6PM. However, the wait times an hour before closing at 5PM saw a mix of dips and increases. While Dinosaur and the Na’vi River Journey both dropped down to 5 minute waits…

…Expedition Everest went up from a 10 to 25 minute queue!

EPCOT

While EPCOT opened at 11AM, the park was pretty quiet an hour later at noon. Frozen Ever After only sat at a 10 minute wait…

…while the longest lines were for Mission: SPACE at 20 minutes and Test Track at 30 minutes!

EPCOT hit a little bit of a bump in its wait times at 3PM with a few of its attractions’ queues increasing.

Compared to the start of the afternoon, Spaceship Earth went from 5 to 20 minutes, Frozen Ever After went from 10 to 25 minutes, and Test Track went from 30 to 50 minutes.
