While we’ve been grooving along with all the entertainment in the newly re-opened Disney Parks, we’re ready for Dancing with the Stars to return this fall!

Even though it’s exciting to see which celebrities will be joining the group of dancers, another big name star will be added to the list of featured celebrities on Dancing with the Stars soon!

According to Variety, Tyra Banks will the host on the upcoming season of ABC’s Dancing with the Stars!

After the longtime hosts Tom Bergeron and Erin Andrews announced that they would be leaving the show, Banks has filled the new position. Dancing with the Stars has decided to give the show a “creative refresh in the Fall” with more details to be given soon.

Banks has stated that “I’ve been a fan of ‘DWTS’ since its beginning…The fun mixed with raw emotion, seeing celebrities push past their comfort zones, the sizzling dance performances…it’s always transported me to my days of turning it up 10 notches on the catwalk.” On top of the host position, she will also be an executive producer on Dancing with the Stars soon.

Although, “Tom has set a very powerful stage” according to Banks, we look forward to seeing what she has to bring to the table as a Dancing with the Stars host next season!
