Photos! We Checked Out Disney World’s Reopened Fantasia Gardens Mini Golf!

A few days ago, we shared that Fantasia Gardens and Fairways Miniature Golf has reopened for guests!

We decided to check out the mini golf course for ourselves to see what new health and safety measures are in place and, of course, to practice our putting and make sure our golf skills are still in tip-top shape!

Arriving and Checking In

The check-in process had physical distancing measures in place to keep guests and cast members safe. Guests’ temperatures are taken upon arrival and they must keep face masks on for the duration of their game.

Directional arrows on the ground, similar to those we’ve spotted in the past at Disney Springs, help with the flow of foot traffic.

Hand sanitizer was readily available everywhere we went, including out on the course!

The scorecard we were given upon arrival seemed to be the same one we remembered, with no new verbiage related to the current health crisis.

On the Course

Once we hit the course, we spotted a lot of new health and safety protocols!

Trash cans were propped open like they are in Disney Springs.

Signage was also added to the trash cans to remind guests of the new health regulations.

These trash cans were spotted throughout the course as well as at the beginning of holes.

Also located at the start of some of the holes were hand-washing stations!

It was generally quiet the day we visited, so physical distancing was easy. You’ll want to make sure the group ahead of you advances to the next hole before you begin your round!

If you find yourself looking for a change of pace from the parks or resorts during your time in Disney World, Fantasia Gardens mini golf is a fun, family-friendly activity. There are two courses to choose from: The Gardens Course is open from 10AM to 10PM daily and The Fairway Course is open from 10AM to 9PM daily.
