Over the past month, we have been stopping by more shopping and dining locations as they reopen in Disney Springs! The shopping and dining district officially reopened on May 20th but with limited third-party stores and restaurants available. Over the past few weeks, however, more places have opened!
Once of the recently reopened spots is Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar, which just reopened today!
The reopening of Jock Lindsey’s has been highly anticipated, and the day has finally arrived!
The bar is themed after Indiana Jones, specifically his pilot Jock Lindsey from Raiders of the Lost Ark. The backstory of this bar is fascinating and we totally recommend you ask a Cast Member about it next time you visit!
And of course, you can’t visit Jock Lindsey’s without picking up a beverage and a bite to eat! A dish to share with the group (or keep all to yourself, we won’t judge!) is Doctor Astorga’s Queso Dip, named after a character from Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade who was ultimately cut from the final version of the film!
Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar is a great spot for “bar food” appetizers and drinks! And Indiana Jones fans will love the hidden facts and Easter Eggs throughout this location.
