Disney+ Will Be Launching in More European Countries Soon!

Disney+ has taken the streaming world by storm since it debuted in North American in November of 2019. Since then, it has expanded into several international markets, including Europe.

The Hollywood Reporter has announced that Disney will expand even further into the European market later this year, adding eight new countries to its roster.

Starting on September 15th, Disney+ will be available in Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Luxembourg, Norway, Portugal and Sweden.

Subscribers in Belgium, Finland, Iceland, Luxembourg, and Portugal can sign up for Disney+ for a monthly price of $7.88 per month, or an annual price of $78.88 for the year (€6.99/€69.99). Norwegian subscribers can pay either $7.19 per month or $71.73 for the year (69 NOK/689 NOK). In Denmark, the monthly price is $8.52 per month or $89.03 for the year (59 DKK/589 DKK). Finally, in Sweden the cost is $7.37 per month of $73.56 for the year (69 SEK/689 SEK).

Disney+ has by all accounts been a big success since it first launched. With new content being added on a regular basis, there is no shortage of shows, movies, and more for viewers to watch! Disney+ is preparing for one of their bigger launches in recent months, the hit Broadway musical Hamilton, which will arrive on the streaming service July 3rd!
