Disney’s Line of Character Face Masks Have Arrived in Disney Springs!

Disney Springs has been rolling out new face masks at places like Chapel, Vera Bradley, Sephora, and more.

Marketplace Co-Op

While we’ve seen Universal Orlando create their own themed masks, Disney is following suit with the arrival of their new face coverings in stores to purchase in person.

Although Disney has started to ship the same face masks if guests ordered them online, you can pick them up in Disney Springs when you’re visiting the shopping and dining district.

Face Masks Sign

A Cast Member will provide you with an order slip and a pencil to fill out which mask you’d like and what size.

Currently, the face masks are running for $6.39 each with tax or 4 for $20 in a small, medium, or large size.

The line is located near the PhotoPass area, where you will place your order. A Cast Member will hand you your mask in a clear bag and direct you to an open register in the Marketplace Co-Op.

Face Mask Check-Out

After you go to an available register at The Dress Shop, Wonderground, D-Tech, or wherever else is open in the Marketplace Co-Op, you’ll be able to pay for your mask. A Cast Member will then put it inside one of the regular shopping bags for you to take home.

Although there are plenty of characters available on the masks, you can also pick up the new Rainbow Mickey Head Mask, which is not currently available online.

The masks are made from a breathable cloth fabric. The ear tabs have a little bit of stretch, but not too much (so keep that in mind if you want a flexible mask).

Currently, the only entrance into the Marketplace Co-Op is through the PhotoPass area. If you’re wanting to buy a mask, you’ll be directed to wait in the line on the right. However, if you just want to enter the Marketplace Co-Op, you’ll be allowed to enter through the PhotoPass area (unless a Virtual Queue is put in place).

  1. Very disappointed. I ordered on line at the beginning of May as a pre order. Would have thought Disney shopping would have filled the pre orders before offering them for sale in Disney Springs. I emailed Disney shopping and received no answer.

    1. Just got mine in the mail. I swear the medium size will only fit a toddler. Very disappointed. Scared to exchange for large for fear that will be to small.
